Will I have to verify my information?
When you call Orion Capital Solutions, our representatives will need to verify your identity to confirm that we are speaking to the account holder. We do this to ensure we are protecting consumers’ private account information. As a nationally licensed collection agency, we strictly adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or FDCPA, which requires us to take steps for the protection of your personal information. By law, we are prohibited from speaking about your account with unauthorized persons. Once your identity is verified, we can assist you with making a payment, discussing payment arrangements, and answering your account questions.
